Service Foxx wasn't built by "tech bros" in a boardroom. It was built because a roofer was losing money every time he climbed a ladder.
The Dwayne & Kylee Story
Kylee's husband Dwayne owns Appalachian Exteriors, a roofing and exteriors company in Pennsylvania. Like most contractors, Dwayne was the primary salesperson, the project manager, and the guy on the roof.
When Dwayne was on a roof, his phone would ring. He couldn't answer it. By the time he got down and checked his messages 2 hours later, the lead had already called three other guys and booked one of them.
Kylee saw the money disappearing.
She built the first version of Service Foxx specifically to catch Dwayne's missed calls and follow up on his estimates. It worked so well for his roofing business that they realized every other contractor in the country had the exact same problem.
Today, Kylee and her partner Sami Raby run Service Foxx from their headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, helping hundreds of contractors across the US stop losing jobs in the gaps. (Interested in a collaboration?)
