How It Started
The Dwayne and Kylee Story
Kylee's husband Dwayne runs Appalachian Exteriors, a metal roofing company in Adams County, Pennsylvania. Like most contractors, Dwayne is the salesman, the project manager, and the guy on the roof.
When he was on a roof, his phone rang. He couldn't answer it. By the time he climbed down and called back, the homeowner had already talked to three other guys and hired one of them.
Kylee built him a fix. A missed call gets a text back in under a minute. Estimates get followed up without anyone remembering to do it. It worked.
Then we found the bigger problem: people searching for a metal roofer in Dwayne's own county couldn't find him at all. His website looked fine. Google couldn't see it.
So we fixed that too. New website, Google profile finished top to bottom, every page submitted to Google ourselves. That's the whole thing now. Get found, and don't lose the ones who call.
Kylee and Sami have been building these systems for other businesses for years. Service Foxx is the version we built for our own family first, and we work with a small number of contractors on purpose, so every one of them gets the same attention Dwayne did.

Three Month Minimum, Then Month to Month
Three months covers the two we spend building. After that, if the system isn't making you more than it costs, you shouldn't pay for it. Cancel any time.
A Person Answers

We Tell You What We Don't Do
Ads, social posting, rankings promises. We list every one of them on the homepage, in writing, before you pay.
